Refund Policy
📅🔄 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please fill out our contact form or email us at info@shopatadept.co. We’ll provide the most suitable return address based on your location and the item ordered. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back. 🚫📦 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom or personalized products; personal care goods like beauty products; and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us here before sending anything back.
🔁📬 Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
❄️🕑 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the conditions described above: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 💰↩️ Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us or email info@shopatadept.co.
