Rose Quartz Roller

1. After cleansing and finishing your skincare routine, use the roller last after applying serum or moisturizer.

2. Start at the base of your neck and roll upward.

3. Move to your face: roll outward from the center (nose) toward the ears to encourage lymph drainage.

4. Repeat each stroke 3–4 times.

Gua Sha Stone

1. After cleansing and finishing your skincare routine, use the gua sha last — after applying serum or moisturizer.

2. Hold the stone at a slight angle and scrape upward from the neck to the jawline.

3. On the jawline and cheeks, scrape upward and glide toward the ears.

4. Under the eyes and over the brows, glide gently toward the temples.

5. On the forehead, scrape upward toward the hairline.

6. Repeat each stroke 3–4 times, adding light pressure on acupressure points if desired.

Tip: Keep both tools in the fridge for extra cooling, puff relief, and relaxation.
